As new year eve is coming close and we are counting on the days here Microsoft presents Windows 7 Theme Pack named as "FireWorks" to blast your desktop. Just apply it on your desktop and enjoy the lights and sparkle of the Fire Works. Default setting for the Theme is set to 30 minutes with Window color matching to the theme but you can change it as per your choice.
